Today I want to share something from my personal experience and journey — my life with God and my life without God.
When I do not spend time with God, when I do not read the Bible, I feel like something is lost from me. Something very important is missing. I do not feel comfortable. I do not feel joy in my spirit. I feel like I should not talk to anyone. I do not feel good anywhere. I do not enjoy eating. Nothing feels good to me.
Even at my workplace and in my home, the whole environment feels negative — as if someone wants to fight without any reason. When I try to explain something right, people understand it as wrong. Everything feels like a hopeless storm has entered my life without warning.
My thoughts become confused. I cannot make right decisions. I feel unnecessary anger, doubt, pain, and disappointment in life. Sometimes I feel like running away from everything and leaving it all behind because nothing feels right. I feel like no one understands me. Everyone thinks about themselves. I feel like no one cares about me.
All these situations and thoughts fight inside me. My mind feels tired. I become troubled by my own thoughts.

ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤਜ਼ਰਬੇ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ — ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਿਤਾਉਂਦੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਈਬਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੀ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਆਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ। ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਨਹੀਂ। ਖਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ।
ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਨਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ — ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਹੀ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ, ਲੋਕ ਗਲਤ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੰਬਲਭੂਸਾ। ਗਲਤ ਫੈਸਲੇ। ਬੇਲੋੜਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ, ਸ਼ੱਕ, ਦਰਦ। ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਕਿ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਓ। ਮਨ ਥੱਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ। ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਿਤਾਉਂਦੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਈਬਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੀ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਆਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ। ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਨਹੀਂ। ਖਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ।
ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਨਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ — ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਹੀ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ, ਲੋਕ ਗਲਤ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

जब मैं परमेश्वर के साथ समय नहीं बिताती, जब मैं बाइबल नहीं पढ़ती, मुझे लगता है जैसे कुछ मुझसे खो गया है। कोई बहुत ज़रूरी चीज़ गायब है। मुझे आराम नहीं मिलता। मेरी आत्मा में कोई आनंद नहीं। किसी से बात करने का मन नहीं। खाना भी अच्छा नहीं लगता।

But when I make God my priority, I experience something completely different. My mind and my spirit become full of joy. I do not care who thinks what about me, who is right or wrong. There is a deep happiness inside me. My soul rejoices.
It is a joy beyond explanation — words cannot describe it. Only the person who experiences it can truly understand it.
When you read the Word of God, His Word gives you peace, understanding, and joy. When we come close to God, the tensions of life begin to disappear. Our hearts fill with love and mercy — even toward people who disrespect us or do not think well about us. We begin to keep love for them. We forgive them easily. This is only by the grace of God. He changes our hearts.

This is the peace a person experiences when they are hungry and thirsty for the Word of God. When you read the Word of God, His Word gives you peace, understanding, and joy. This is the rest Jesus promises — not the absence of problems, but a deep rest in the Spirit. A stillness that the world cannot give and cannot take away.

🇬🇧 English — What Does “Taste and See” Mean?
“Taste and see” — you cannot know how good the Lord is until you personally experience Him. No one can describe the taste of a mango to someone who has never tasted one. You must taste it yourself. In the same way, you cannot understand the goodness of God by just hearing about Him. You must seek Him with a pure heart. You must hunger for His Word.

So why do we hesitate to come near to God? Why do we think so much before choosing Him? For wrong decisions, we do not think even once. But when it comes to coming close to God, we hesitate. Why do we easily give up in our minds instead of going to the One who created us — the One who formed man from dust and breathed life into him?
If He gave life to dust — should we not search for Him? Should we not seek the One who gave us breath?
Is it good to keep wandering like this? If someone chooses not to seek God — what does HE lose? Nothing. He is King.
